Timothy Shea, M.D. - Family Medicine
Dr. Shea and his family moved to Brevard in 1998 to join Brevard Family Practice after he completed his training. He worked at GE as a research chemist for 7 years before entering medical school. He and his wife Maria met while attending college together in 1984. They have 2 children, Emily and Jacob. Dr. Shea and his family enjoy many outdoor activities together, such as camping, swimming and hiking. He enjoys learning white water kayaking and astronomy. His favorite movies are The Matrix Trilogy. Dr. Shea and his family are members of the Sacred Heart Church in Brevard. |

Steven Saldutti, MPAS, PA-C - Family Medicine
Steven has lived in Hendersonville for 22 years and joined Brevard Family Practice in June of 2004 after finishing school at the Medical College of Georgia. He worked at Pardee Hospital for 6 years and Transylvania Community Hospital for 4 years in Physical Therapy before going back to school. He and his wife, Gynger, met at Transylvania Community Hospital where she works as TCH’s Speech Language Pathologist. They have been together since 2000 and have 2 dogs and 1 cat. They both enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and exercising together. His favorite movies are Superman I & II and Spiderman I & II. HABLAMOS ESPANOL! |

Emily R. Sawyer, M.D. - Family Medicine
Dr. Sawyer attended East Carolina University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. She is proud to have been with Brevard Family Practice since 2006. |

Rachel Brown, D.O. - Family Medicine
Dr. Brown and her husband, Toby, are very excited to join the community of Brevard. They are both from Florida, but have spent the last three years in Michigan for residency training. Together they enjoy movies, music, and outdoor activities like kayaking and SCUBA. They are getting settled with their dog and cat, and enjoying exploring the town and communities surrounding them! |
